To start receiving [host payouts](https://kst.mr/ryBfeK8O9), you’ll need to connect your bank account. This will be done in [Stripe](https://kst.mr/Sy4h1KLO5). Stripe is Neighbor’s PCI-compliant payment gateway used by hundreds of thousands of vendors worldwide, including Amazon and Facebook. By using Stripe, Neighbor doesn’t store any of your payment information.

1.  After logging in to your Neighbor account, click on your name in the upper-right corner and select “[Payout Account](https://www.neighbor.com/hosting/account/payout-account)”
    

2.  Under “payout account,” click “Add information”
    

3.  Confirm your country, phone number, and email are correct, then click “Continue”

4.  Verify your phone number by entering in the six-digit code sent to your phone. You can click “Resend code” or “Use a different mobile number” if you’re having any issues.

5.  Enter in your personal details and click “Continue”

6.  Review the “Professional Details” and click “Continue”

7.  Click “Bank Account '' or “Debit Card” and enter your information. Click “Save”

8.  Now, review your details and click “Submit.” If you see “Missing required information” in red, click “Update”
